These terms explain what a reading with Tarot with Rafael is, what you can expect and what is expected of you. By sending a request on the website or paying for a reading, you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. The service is provided by Tarot with Rafael.
Tarot readings and spiritual work for love and other topics, which Rafael does remotely over WhatsApp (message, voice note or video). They are a service of spiritual guidance and entertainment. The free reading is a first look at a single topic. The full reading allows several topics or the open reading and is paid. Spiritual work is agreed separately, case by case, and you are told what it is and what it costs before anything starts.
No honest reader can promise what another person will decide or how the future will turn out. Rafael does not guarantee that a person will come back, that spiritual work will work, or any specific result. What Rafael does is tell you honestly what is seen and not recommend spiritual work you don’t need.
The service is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial care. Do not make decisions about your health, your money, a lawsuit or a treatment based only on a reading. If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, seek professional help or your country’s emergency services.
Only people 18 or older. By sending the request you confirm it. You must give truthful information and have a legitimate reason to give another person’s data or photos. Requests to harm, harass, spy on, control or pressure someone are not accepted.
You fill in the «Request your reading» form or message on WhatsApp. Rafael answers on WhatsApp at the number you gave; timing depends on each case and you are told when you start. One free reading per phone number every 30 days.
The price depends on your situation and your country, and you are told it before you pay. You pay with USDT (Binance Pay or a wallet) or by bank transfer, as Rafael tells you on WhatsApp. Network, platform or bank fees are at your expense, and you must send the full amount. Work starts once the payment is confirmed. Check the payment details (network, address or ID) before sending: a payment sent to a wrong address or over a wrong network may not be recoverable. Rafael only collects from the official numbers and channels you see on this website.
Treat Rafael and the assistant with respect. Rafael may refuse or stop serving anyone who insults, threatens, asks for something unlawful or harmful, or tries to deceive or impersonate someone. In that case, what applies will be refunded according to section 7.
What you tell me is used only for your reading and is never published. How your data is handled: Privacy policy.
The reading, voice note or video you receive is for your personal use. Do not publish, sell or spread it on social media as your own or as proof of anything. The texts, design and logo of the website belong to its owner.
To the extent the law allows, Tarot with Rafael is not liable for decisions you make based on a reading or for indirect damages. Nothing here limits consumer rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.
These terms may change. The version in force when you send your request applies (its version is saved with it). Important changes are announced on the website.
